Registration

REGISTRATION OPEN – OCTOBER 1, 2025

All conference participants (attendees, session organizers, speakers, students, etc.) must pay the appropriate registration fee. Your contribution is essential: it allows us to maintain affordable fees, particularly for young researchers, and to offer a high-quality conference.

Registration of other participants

If you would like to register someone else for the conference and pay their registration fee, please log in to your account, select the appropriate category, and add their name to the attendee details page. If you would like to add more than one attendee, click Continue Shopping to open a new page.

Registration of multiple participants

If you would like to register multiple individuals or students, please email office@cms.math.ca and we will create a coupon code so they can register without paying. CMS will then issue an invoice to you or your university for payment.

Registration fees

Registration fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Each participant (Canadian and international) will be required to pay the same amount in Canadian dollars.

 

Visa Information

IWOTA can provide visa invitation letters to invited speakers upon request from session organizers. Please email iwota2026@cms.math.ca for further details.

 

Exchange rates

Foreign account holders will see the registration fees below in US dollars. These amounts will be converted to Canadian dollars and charged to your credit card. Fees may fluctuate slightly due to the exchange rate.
